IPR License, the global rights and licensing trading platform, has completed membership deals for a raft of publishing houses thanks to a hugely successful London Book Fair (LBF).
Amongst the recent publisher additions to the IPR License platform are: The University of Wales, Liverpool University Press, Notting Hill Editions, Pimpernel Books, Brilliant Publications, My Books, Foil, Jacaranda, Wigmore Books and Pattersand Books.
The opening day of the LBF 2015 also saw IPR team up with leading independent academic professional publisher SAGE to further extend its remit into the international content rights marketplace.
Tom Chalmers, Managing Director of IPR License, commented:
“As always the London Book Fair provided a great platform on which to showcase IPR License to an array of publishing houses and, importantly, establish conversations with decision makers. The membership conversion rate after outlining the concept and seeing the platform in action continues to be hugely encouraging. And it’s clear that growing numbers of publishers of all sizes are firmly embracing IPR as the industry standard trading platform for subsidiary book rights.”
