IOS Press is pleased to announce the launch of its new journal content platform: the IOS Press Content Library.
IOS Press has partnered with Semantico, an innovative digital content delivery provider, to develop the new Content Library using the Scolaris platform.
The IOS Press Content Library offers a clean new look, easy navigation and more options for personalization.

▪ Save your searches so you get a notification once something new is added to the subject or journal of your choice
What does this mean for our customers?
Access
Access through IP recognition
If your institution has had access to the previous IOS Press full text platform (Metapress) via IP, your IP address will be recognized and you can access our journals via your institution’s network. Your access will continue without you having to do anything.
Access through username and password (including admin accounts)
You will receive a notification email that includes your username and temporary password with which you can reactivate your account. You don’t need to register again.
Access problems? Just contact us at customerservice@iospress.nl with your details (name, institution, email address associated with the account, Metapress ID, which subscription/package) so we can re-establish your access as soon as possible.
Statistics
COUNTER usage statistics will be restarted with the migration to the IOS Press Content Library. Historical statistics are not being imported so we advise you to obtain COUNTER statistics from Metapress before September 30, 2015 if you would like to capture this data. We will do our utmost to minimize the gap in statistics during the migration. Contact us at sales@iospress.nl if you have any questions or need help with your statistics. We will notify you in due course with instructions on how to collect usage statistics through the IOS Press Content Library.
Alerts
The new journal platform will offer more personalized alerting options. You can save your searches, receive email alerts, save articles, export batched citations and more. Our new journal website is highly intuitive, but if you need help, just contact us at customerservice@iospress.nl. Unfortunately it was not possible to migrate previously established eTOC alerts, so we urge you to reregister at your earliest convenience.
Redirects
Redirects are in place on an article level for all journal articles with a DOI. For older content, the URLs will redirect to the homepage. Can’t find something or need help? Please let us know atcustomerservice@iospress.nl. We advise you to update any redirects you may have in your system. Please download a list of journal level redirects here.
